Hosted Buyer Guidelines
Register as an Outstation Buyer.
- Token registration fees of ₹2500/- (non-refundable) per person for all registered buyers.
- Accommodation for 1 night, on a hosted program including Cocktail & Dinner, and Breakfast the next Day.
- Pre-registration is mandatory to attend the event.
- Airlines, Hotels, DMCs, and Consolidators cannot register as buyers. They must register as Exhibitors.
- Accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.
- Sampan Media will reimburse confirmed hosted outstation buyers towards the cost of train/bus tickets, on mandatory completion of meeting with all the exhibitors during the mart (2nd Ac/3rd Ac/Chair Car) .
- Reimbursement of travel fare amount will be processed within 30 business days after the mart ends, on submission of actual or original air/train/bus tickets.
- Registration details will go through a qualification process to ensure that they meet the criteria of a hosted buyer, after which a confirmation email will be sent to you.
